Kristine Archibald is the Executive Director of the River Valley Alliance (RVA) a not-for-profit organization created by 6 municipalities that border the North Saskatchewan River in the Edmonton Metro Region, the Town of Devon, Parkland County, City of Edmonton, Strathacona County, Sturgeon County, and the City of Fort Saskatchewan. The RVA’s goal is to coordinate creation and connection of a 100 km multi-use pedestrian trail through 8,000 hectares of parkland, the longest river valley trail and park system in North America.
