When can I register for the conference?
The conference's registration closed on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 4:30 pm EST. If you haven't had the chance to register, please get in touch with us at info@lomaagency.com.
How can I select my tours and sessions?
Log into your swoogo account to access your agenda and select your tours, sessions and activities during the conference. You can select and change your tours, sessions and activities until Friday, June 16, 2023, at 5:00 pm EST.

Need help convincing your manager that you should attend the Park People Conference? Here's a letter you can use to let your colleagues know why you must attend.
Refunds
If you must cancel your registration, you will be refunded the amount minus a 20% handling fee per registration, provided that written notice of cancellation is received by May 15, 2023. No refunds will be granted after May 15th, 2023, but we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating their intention to transfer registration to a named individual. Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or refunds must be received in writing and submitted to info@lomaagency.com.

Park People is providing conference registrants with preferential rates at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Toronto. More information on those preferred rates is available here.
