Cynthia Wilkey is a lawyer and community activist involved in community planning advocacy in Toronto since the late 1970s. She is Co-Chair of the West Don Lands Committee and served as a community representative on the Technical Advisory Committees for the Lower Don Flood Protection Environmental Assessment and the design of Corktown Common, which sits on a massive flood protection landform.
