Jia currently manages the Research and Analytics Unit at the City of Toronto's Parks, Forestry, and Recreation Division. She brings to the City a decade of international experience, working in over a dozen countries in the global south on improving organizational & program effectiveness and health information systems. In Canada, Jia has worked for various organizations including the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, and the World Council for City Data.
